All perishable items are packed in insulated liners with non-toxic gel cold packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your farm-fresh goods arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
Where does Five Oaks Farm source its ingredients?
We grow the majority of our produce and herbs directly on our family farm. For items we don't produce, we partner exclusively with local, certified organic growers who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture.
Do you offer subscription boxes for seasonal produce?
Yes! Our 'Harvest Membership' allows you to receive a curated selection of seasonal produce and pantry staples weekly or monthly, with a 10% discount on every order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your products GMO-free and organic?
Absolutely. We are committed to non-GMO seeds and organic farming practices. We never use synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers on any of our crops.
